Resonia provides a real-time synchronized audio and text chat platform. All audio files, track metadata, and chat messages submitted through this service are generated and uploaded by independent third-party users and room hosts.

We do not pre-screen, monitor, verify, or review user uploads before they are streamed or displayed in rooms. Any opinions, lyrics, chat conversations, or media expressed or shared through the service belong solely to their respective creators and do not reflect the views or endorsements of Resonia or its operators.

Resonia is not a commercial music streaming service and does not maintain a commercial music library. The platform is intended exclusively for audio that hosts own or have the explicit legal right and authorization to share (such as original songs, demos, podcasts, live mixes, voice recordings, or royalty-free audio).

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or distributing commercially copyrighted music or media without proper licensing. The user who uploads any media file remains solely and exclusively responsible for the content and any copyright infringement claims.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). • The specific room link, URL, or location where the alleged material is accessible.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Resonia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, audio synchronization accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, continuous, secure, or free of bugs. Temporary rooms, playlists, and chat histories are subject to automatic expiration and deletion as described in our service limits.

The service may contain links to external third-party websites or services (including lyrics lookup via lrclib.net, support/tipping platforms such as Trakteer and Ko-fi, and cloud infrastructure providers).

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and the respective third party.

Under no circumstances shall Resonia, its creators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access, use, or inability to use the service, or any content uploaded, transmitted, or stored by users.
